This man has been the talk of the town over the past couple of months due to his extraordinary sets and very outspoken and controversial tunes. Hailing from Ontario, Canada you won't get a second chance at catching this man live. This is an exclusive pre-technicality set and he promised to bring along some exclusives just for our birthday for which we are already grateful.
Sileni (Outsider, Offshore, Thermal, USA)
This man was the first 'outside artist' to release on Paradox' offshoot label Outsider March last year. After hearing what he has forthcoming you can safely say he is one of America's brightest talents to be put in the lines of Pieter K (BBS, Thermal, Renegade, Metaformal) amongst others. Not to be caught in one corner his style is truly across the board: from minimal electronica to powerhouse drum and bass to punk rock (guess him and karbonkid will have sparkling discussions). His next release is Twitchy Droid Leg due out on Offshore any moment now and the occasion for having him over. One of Boston's brightest DJs and a very welcome guest indeed! Also watch out for the extremely funky 'Song About My Bike' due out on Thermal somewhere in 2004!
Macc LIVE! (Outsider, Synaptic Plastic, UK)
This is something we have dreaming about for quite some months now. After having heard this man funk it up in his living room, we couldn't wait to get him over to perform 100% live. With live we mean setting up a DRUM KIT and watch this lunatic drummer go at it at every tempo we like. From the straight up 80 BPM Funk to 175 BPM breakbeat mayhem he will showcase his talent on the skins! This is his maiden show and one to be used as a testing ground for future performances alongside Paradox and the Jungle Drummer. April will see his release for Outsider in the form of the magnificent 'Guttural' and future releases on most of the drum oriented labels. You might have heard his tunes in the popular saturday morning UK Rumble slot of Fracture & Neptune
