I'm looking to buy an audio/midi interface and I like the look of the Focusrite Saffire LE, but I must confess I know very little about this kinda stuff

I have some questions because I'm clueless about this!
1) This will reduce my latency figures in Cubase right?
2) Will this reduce my MIDI signal latency? (I'm going to buy a usb midi keyboard which won't touch the Audio interface, or is the latency gonna apply to both audio and MIDI signals?
3) It mentions that it can connect stereo speakers and a 5.1 setup, but what about a 2.1 setup like what mine shall be?
4) there was another i can't remember right now, I'll add it when i do :p

1) yes, it certainly will !
2) midi signals itself have (almost) no latency, BUT, often the latency (actual difference between stroke of a note and the actual sound) has te do with your cpu/software settings... but consider the midi-latency-issue as non existent with that Saffire interface
3) 2.1 will be easliy connected
4) i think not

And It shouldnt matter that the keyboard I'm going to use is going to be plugged in to the front of my computer via USB?
Theres not gonna be any latency problems from that?
