Please check out my new track 'Convert' and post your comments here!
This was made a few months ago.Basiclly I was going for a minimal tech roller type.
It was all done in Ableton with my Microkorg for the bassline n lead.
The drums where a combo of various samples n such.
Enjoy n drop some words.

the beats for this track are nice and smooth, the hats roll realy well but i do feel that the kick and snare could have alot more punch, try layering them up and a bit of EQ.
the build up at the start could use some work, maybe try a simple sqare wave rising in pitch leading up to the drop just to give it more intensity.
the track could use a few breaks at the end of every 8 bars maybe jus to break up the repetativness.
the bas sound is nice but IMO could variate a bit between the section, an additional wave or even just opening up the cut off a bit could work well.
nice ideas tho, just seems like it needs polished up a bit with a few sounds effects and stuff.
keep at it!

Not bad, bass tends to get boring a bit.
Good drumlayering. Track needs more power, it's not really the type of tune that gets the crowds all wild.

i like that atmospheric intro / theme, the bass is pretty nice too, could be a little bit louder. i dont really think that this track really needs to be more powerful, but yeah as the other guys already said, the bass could have more variation throughout the track, gets a bit boring in the end. either change that or add some other stuff to make it all more exciting. hihats and cymbals are nice. i cant really give advice concerning mastering, cause im a noob producer
well done though, although im more into harder/darker dnb, i liked this one; it has a good vibe. keep it up!

Pretty good. I like the minimal sound, it sounds quite fresh. The idea behind the track is good. What's lacking for me tho is some heavy bass frequencies. It sounds a bit thin without them.
The structure is a bit repetitive, but decent enough. The rides are a nice touch btw. They remind me of the old Ed Rush sound, because he used to use them a lot.
The snare isn't doing it for me. It's a bit thin I reckon. Then again, maybe that's the style you're after with this.
Cool stuff mate, enjoyed.
