Please check out my new track 'Get Out' and post your comments here!
This is the first Benzin track preview, put on this site. The drums are done in FL8 with much snare samples from this great dnb producers site. After created the drum loop, I rewired FL to Ableton 7 where the synths, which are all made in albino 3, and the rest of the track is done.
First, there were pretty cool vocals too (from a coldcut - roots manuva track), but I removed them because of the copyright.
It's just a early preview, and I know I suck in EQ. There isn't much of a build-up neither but i'm just curious what you guys think of the sound.
Hope you enjoy it and hoping for some feedback ;-)
Agree with Battle that there's probably 1 or 2 too many elements going on here. Also, like 2clix said, I'm not feeling that background squeeling. I think you could probably cut that out altogether, or least reduce it because it kinda gets in the way.
I like the gritty bassline and the guitar-like sounds. I reckon you should try to hang the tune on those elements by making them more dominant.
Obviously, we have no idea what the vocal sounds like but it deffo sounds like it's missing something. But my guess is that if you put a vocal over it, it's gonna sound even more crowded. But I could be wrong of course.
Overall tho, this one has potential.

cool shizz, waiting for the finished version - agree with all the comments above but those are easy fixes, maybe fade out the synths just before the drop for more impact? good stuff tho, peace
