hey .be! When sidechaining your bass to your kick peak, what ratio and settings do you use on your compressor, as i know that compressing bass is a tricky area. cheers!

it depends how much you want the volume of the bass to go down, I reccommend having really strong seettings so it is very obvious, so you can hear it easily, and then slowly take down the ratio/threshold until its at the level you want. I find that makes it easier to hear it when its not so obvious. word.
