Hey just bought this...spent 35-50minutes -- couldn't make a beat.
Trying the in-program tutorial now, wondering:
Is some sort of MIDI hardware manditory for using Ableton 7?
All I have now is my MIDI keyboard synth and looking into some sort of sampler/drum machine, but I'd like to know if it's imperative for using Ableton 7 before I do more researching and shopping.
HELP?!?!?!?

You dont NEED one... it helps, def. do the tutorials, think theres an abelton wiki on this site as well, do a search.... and RTFM for pete sake
