Easy peeps, After my show last night i was listening to the twistedbeats and got all inspired to go in the lab I feel that ive been trying to over complicate my music recently,and havent really been finishing anything ive started so this is what i came up with last night(very late one),ethic,its a drum fuelled banger,theres a few this and thats to do on it,but ive just tryed to keep it simple on this one and i feel its worked,its always a good sign for me that after the 50th play back im still nodding my head and vibing of it!!!anyways any feedback is appreciated, __ Philbee Soundcloud 15-05-2008 12:33 BattleDrone 2161... the future. I would add some hooks and stabs to get it rolling more. That beat is crying out for a dirty, stabby, evil bassline! Yes, it gets the old bounce bobbin but it's still lacking energy cos there isn't enough for the listener to latch onto. The beats, particularly the hi hats and snare, are sounding a little too compressed. They've got a slightly squashed, swishy sound which is sounding a little unnatural. But they do roll nicely. I miss something like a lead melody, even if it would be in the backround.
