Since I have some more spare time atm I'm going to start building my home studio. I'll post the progress in this thread.
The studio room to be, still a huge mess 
First step: try to get some power into the mixing desk, unfortunately all power cables were cut off by the previous owner
Luckily the power cables are numbered, will not be too hard to connect
Fitted the power looms to the power supplies
Removed the power connectors from the mixing desk for cleaning, broke one in the process 
Found some weird electronics in the table, nice handiwork!! It was probably hacked together by the previous owner to feed the master stereo signal into a spectrum analyzer.

Probably because the power supplies were in another room or on another floor, it's quite typical when you buy a second hand console that all cables are cut.
You have to redo it all anyway, so it doesn't matter
