FUCKINHELL!!!!!
__ Freestyle has been permanently banned from this site for the following reasons:
- he tricked people into sending him high quality versions of their tracks, under the false pretense of releasing a drumnbass.be-endorsed compilation album
- he makes threats and insults to members and moderators in personal messages and forum posts
- he uploaded a track to this site which violated the copyright of DJ Zinc
- he created multiple identities on this site with which he used to manipulate his ratings by voting on his own tracks, back up his own posts, and insult members and moderators
- despite being warned about his behaviour and ultimately being banned from this site he continues to create new aliases to threat and insult our members and moderators
I advise anyone to avoid doing any business with this individual, or his "labels" mp3styleproductions.info, drumandbase.info, reverbnation.com/freestylednb, musicv2.com/artist/nebula, soundcloud.com/freestylednb as he is not to be trusted and will probably try to steal your work.
His aliases horrorscope, nu-balance, earthquake, free_style and freestyleDNB have also been banned from this site.

creepy intro, liking that some real nice sounds in there, sets the scene nicely, intro is pretty long, maybe a few extra sounds would keep it a bit more interesting. sounds real nice tho, like a horror movie.
drop is pretty cool, drums are solid and clear, some fx maybe a little loud tho, kinda drown other elements out,
liking the glithy drum variations, very nice indeed!
track has defo got sum potential me reckons, could turn out to be a real banger!
nice work man!

Wow... that bass sounds just like this DJ Ascend track called something like Micron or Microtek (it's been a while!) from '97.
Love the intro.

i personally woulda put in some footstep sound,s if you need some i can give a link, it helps, slow footsteps and some breathing just makes it seem so much closer and in your face, but if you fade int eh steps and breating, like my "wolf comes if a smile http://www.drumnbass.be/vote.html?id=2985&d=1" track, it works nicly. but the footsteps help put it into context. i know what it's like to want to do a cool sound scape, it really adds to the track.
too bad that bass sounds lame, doesn't sound evil, sounds cheesy. it's too warm, it needs to be deeper, with less of the mids stuf there. i dunno how you do yuor wobble, but it makes the the distorted part of the bass totally lose all sense of pitch.
but for it being the only instrument in the whole song itself, played the entire song, you might wnat to either rethink the sound of it, or rethink of much you use it. and maybe doing a drop would help make it sound good too.

Massive movie soundtrack potential here! Wow (another wow), that's pretty dark, evil stuff. Love it.
Yeah like you said, some heavy breathing would sound very nice in there. Try some loudish heart beats too and perhaps some footsteps. (I have a couple of heartbeat and breathing samples if you want them, from the Fear sample pack). I did a track a while ago (it wasn't dnb so I never posted it here) where I started out with some loudish heartbeats in the intro and them morphed them into kicks, and built up the beat...
In terms of direction, I reckon you shouldn't switch it too much, just really build up the intensity and darkness. Start adding a few extra FX and dark synth melodies. Also, I'd get about 2 or 3 different distorted bass sounds and switch them ocassionally.
Like Clarky said, I think the kick needs a little tweakage. Somehow, it's not thumping enough I reckon. Also, the bassline sounds like it needs an extra layer to occupy the low-mid range - perhaps a reese-like sound? It's sounding a tad empty at the mo, but it wouldn't take much to put it right.
Excellent start tho mate.

Not really original to reply with, but: Wow!
The intro is just perfect, and i really like the way you bring in the breaks! Well served!
The 'dragging' bass thing is one of my personal favorites and i find that it fits really good in your track.
At the end of the track i think it would be nice if you'd bring in some lower bass frequencies to push it just a little more!
I'm totally new at this forum/site as well to drum 'n bass producing but i really like this

Intro is sick. Good buildup. I would have used a more cutting edge bass (needs to be scary too) and would have made a more nerve wrecking melody with it.

Nice intro Ghost. Bit long though, but cool. Maybe start some hats in it a bit earlier.
Wow mate drop. Your a bad man!
Maybe put a few more mid frequancies in the bass.
Really like the drums, bring the percussion forward a bit.
Nice mate

Whats up Jimmy C. Good too hear a new tune from ya. Even tho the intro is a lil long for my taste it is eerie as shit. Cool lil vocal snippet before the drop. The bass is pretty nasty, but sounds like it could use something else, but cant really put my finger on what.Nice lil preview, want to here the finished version.

it is a good track! a rolling one!
i just add here some things i recognized:
the intro is fine. hearing some strange sounds not knowing where they gonna take you. bass frequencies are awesome! the rain sample or what ever it is sounds good!
the beat drops in and after the drop:
i would prefer a louder kick! or maybe another sample - one that smashes more through! the rest sound good. maybe add more low frequency boost to the snare. but you do not have to.
the bass sounds awesome. but what about adding a more darker or even another bass sample? i think that the bass is a little bit too nice for the track!
sub is fine!
i think it would be good to add a synth melody or any kind of melody as an answer part to the darker bass parts. just an idea.
cheers
