Nice intro, maybe a bit much res on the bleeps.
Drop is nice, but could do with a touch more sub.
Like the beat. Maybe a bit more snap on the snare.

intro bleeps are a little high and resonannt, hurting my ears at points.
drums nice and heavy and clear, build up is all good, nothing to complain about there. melodies are nice and mellow.
snare seems to get lost a little behind the pads in intro, bit of a snappier snare might cut through a little more or some eq work to make space for it.
voices sound sweet on build up, good energy.
drop is nice, bass is really heavy and subby, kinda drowns the drums a little tho, they seem to get lost in the background a bit.
melodies are sweet as, loving those.
good work!

Super build up, great melodies, nice feel! Drums should be a tad more upfront.

Sweet lead, excellent bass, lovely melody.
The snare at 1:48 seems a bit off tho
Otherwise, excellent! Good stuff

This is rrrrright up my street! I absolutely love this style, I wish there was more of it about.
In fact, I'm doing a tune at the mo which is a little similar.
The melodies are really buzzin. They've certainly got me bopping my bonce to them.
The others have already picked up on the fact that the beats are sounding a little weak - and I definitely agree with them. Also, the mix is a little on the muddy side. I reckon the low frequencies are too loud. I would simply tweak the sub so that the lowest frequencies are reduced. My guess is that you're either over-compensating or you are working with bass-light monitors or headphones.
Looove that vocal. It's very sweet and pefectly fits the vibe. The bassline is really super too. Very groovy.
Brilliant track mate. You've just gotta sort out those beats and reduce the low frequencies and you'll have an even better tune!
Btw, what program do you use to create your tunes?

tight production mate !
feelin it !
i think you could get a bit more out of the drums (probably add some percussion and stuff and tight up the kick and snare !)

Hey guys... thanks for the responses!

you are working with bass-light monitors |
I'm in a condo with 5" yamaha monitors.
I've made some corrections:
up on the sub-bass
cut the primary frequencies of the kick and snare out of the main bass, also cut out some of that muddy mid-bass that was mucking things up.
moved the primary break, the snare and the kick a little more up front in the mix.
Altered some of the sequencing here and there. Edits.
This track is most-likely forthcoming on Peer Pressure Recordings.

I am liking this track a lot. Thinking that the intro could perhaps use a little more variation, though it does build up well. I like the warm vocals on the break down, it goes well with the sweeping synth then the bass kicks in nice. Also i think that the bass and snare drums may be a bit hard for the tune and would personally have a softer beat but that is just personal preference as i guess we've all got our own tastes and styles. That said it is a damn good tune and something that i probably could not produce as well myself. Big up
