However, I think you probably went too far in the other direction (it wouldn't take much to put it right tho) because it now sounds like you've got too much bass in the kick. The bass itself also has too much sub/lows in it which are too loud. My advice would be to bring back some of the mids and knock back some of the lows. Same with the kick. Overall it tends to be a bit bare alot of the time, could do with some more interesting lead-ins into various parts of the song structure(a lead-in into the prodigy firestarter sounding synth would defo be good). The percussion at the beginning could be a bit more interesting with a little more sparkle or excitement added to it and a bit more top end on the organ may help it stand out a little from the bass. Drums could do with a bit more variation, maybe an occasional break here and there or a bit more programming with the original ones. Really like the whole idea of the track though, especially the organ with bass rolling sections, look forward to hearing another version. 06-05-2008 16:57 BattleDrone 2161... the future. This gives the track a bit of an empty feel actually. It sounds nearly perfect production-wise but it needs a soul and some variation.
