Please check out my new track 'Peace of Mind' and post your comments here!!!
This track was inspired by Gregg's "Party Hard" and the use of vocals in some of Binary Havoc's older tunes.
The quote came from an impromptu recording I made of a friend.
Respect to Binary Havoc and Tomos for their advice on this track. I'm trying to incorporate Tomos' critiques into a newer version but I figured I would get a few other opinions as well
love the breaks. listening on laptop so cant review the mix down. main lead gets a bit repetitive and istnt that inspired but that is overpowered by the beats that keep it interesting. if you worked on adding some more impressivly programed melodies behind the beat you would have a sick track here. and of course this is only half a track but i am sure you know that
Sweet piece of music here. Really dig the chord progression. That tracey gated synth is sweet, could be even more upfront.
Nice drum programming and good work using the glitch. Mixdown sounds good, too!
Like I said before, the only bit I'm not keen on is the loud high pitched synth that starts up around 1.36. It kinda breaks up the whole vibe imo. It's too trippy, a little like something Orbital might do.
Apart from that tho, the whole tune is excellent mate. No question. It flows, it's got some big sub, the beats are crisp... everything is there. It's actually not that far from sounding like a pro tune. I love that vocal sample too. (Having said that, I've deffo heard worst sounding 'pro' tunes than this. So it begs the question, what the hell is a 'pro' sound anyway?
)
My advice would be to try and extend it another minute or two to make it a more complete tune, and maybe remove that high pitched synth melody.
Good work, I'm feelin this. Big improvements on display here.

- he tricked people into sending him high quality versions of their tracks, under the false pretense of releasing a drumnbass.be-endorsed compilation album
- he makes threats and insults to members and moderators in personal messages and forum posts
- he uploaded a track to this site which violated the copyright of DJ Zinc
- he created multiple identities on this site with which he used to manipulate his ratings by voting on his own tracks, back up his own posts, and insult members and moderators
- despite being warned about his behaviour and ultimately being banned from this site he continues to create new aliases to threat and insult our members and moderators
I advise anyone to avoid doing any business with this individual, or his "labels" mp3styleproductions.info, drumandbase.info, reverbnation.com/freestylednb, musicv2.com/artist/nebula, soundcloud.com/freestylednb as he is not to be trusted and will probably try to steal your work.

Love the melody. And the synth used for it. I dont like the vocals with that vocoder, but thats my opinion. The breaks sound like you took a lot of time on them! I like them alot, and i'm always a sucker for glitch. That gated saw is nice, but it got annoying. After a little while, there was so much happening, it kinda hurt my ears. and the vocals got irritating. Eh, this has potential, but the vocals and repetativeness hurt it.
PS, the sub matched very well.
7/10
Standout part for me would be the drum programming, bass work is very good in places, vocal sample really needs less use, good as it is (like I said to you previously, I reckon you could isolate the "no limits, no time restrictions" phrase and use that more than the rest)
Think there are some issues with the high synth being a little too dischordant
