you know the ones htat during the track kinda fade in and echo out . I want to make one like my favorite artist does. How do you ugys do it?

Think your on about the dub samples. There are vsts that create the old 8bit sounds, like alarms, sirens ect. also a bit of reverb on it.
There are loads of dub samples availablle. Have a look on Raggajungle.com tonnes of links on there.
