Wow this is kicking stuff!!! Really nice melodies and it swings like hell!!!!
The sound is VERY upfront, but that's the stuff that gets you noticed. It's compressed to the extreme, making it a bit uncomfortable on my headphones, but I guess most people don't mind, I just have sensitive ears
I would lower the volume of the lead sound though, it's a bit too much
But this is a really nice preview, the sounds and melodies are perfect, the vocal sample is wonderful, the breaks are driving the track forward, cool structure and everything. Get this finished and mastered properly and you have a winner on your hands!! 5 stars from me!!

yes most definitely on the way to becoming a great track...how do you sample like that...and how do write leads not necessarily like that but....how do you go about coming up with one....which effects if any are used...etc...??? thats almost the sound i kinda would like to hone....

nice pumpin
great potential idd .. if the kick (and the snare) get more variation , especially the first kick every bar may drop at some more odd places
__ check out http://www.ig91.be for some nice Antwerp tripstep (incl a demo of our liveset)
also check out http://rudymental.ig91.be: it was supposed to be Ska but something went wrong

Good buildup, good use of the vocal.
Nice how you introduce the lead. Drop is cool, but I would layer the lead there with the same one, one ocave lower, to beef it up.
Nice percussion, but add some variation to the kick/snare stuff.

Tssk you don't think we reviewers get influenced by the name of the producer do you?

I knew the difference wouldn't be that big over here since new producers pop-up on this board almost every day (which is a good thing of course
).
But look at breakz: since it didn't have my name on it, I didn't get a single decent review
Says enough about breakz doesn't it

Yeah, some reviewers only review tracks by their "friends"

I must admit it's hard to resist
But since I changed the listen page I always listen to the tracks that appear at the top when I 'sort on reviews' - the ones with the least amount of reviews for the longest amount of time appears right at the top

You didn't review my last tracks, so you don't always do that

There's the proof!!! There's the proof!!
Me always review objectively and give no favours!! No sir
It just takes so much time to review a track, listening to it 10-15 times, trying to find the good and (especially
) the bad parts in it...
Takes me often 45 minutes to write a review
Well you just can't do em all, even though you're getting very close, aren't you Surya??
