I was wondering about if you can have more then only one midi-controller working with FL Studio, without buying some kind of a two port midi sound card. Like having a midi keyboard and a MIDI Fader Controller plugged in at the same time?
Or does FL only accept one midi controller at once?

Cheers!

You can have multiple midi controllers without any problems. The program recognizes them and gives you a list to turn them on or off, as you prefer.
Inside the UI you can connect the separate commands to different midi controllers etc.

The only troubles that might arrise is using two MIDI keyboards to play two different instruments inside, but I guess that also can be solved some way.

Thank you for your reply.
FL hasn’t done that much in the midi department the last years so I though I’d better ask before buying some hardware that wouldn’t work with the stuff I already have together.

Well, when you right-click a command (knob, button, whatever) in FLS, and select [Link to controller] you can clearly see the possibilities of using multiple controllers.
You have Channel No and controller No from which you can select the suitable for your command.
And, yes, sadly, FL haven't gone much in the MIDI department.

Wow, I never had a close look to the remote control settings. Thanks for giving me a reality check!
