Okay.. Access Virus Polar TI... If I could afford it the thing would already be here. I have played it and really like it.
Juno D and SH201 are serious considerations.
What other synths are worth it? The Access Virus TI Desktop... any other synth modules similar to this one?
I want good waveforms (especially sawtooth) and various forms of synthesis.
I can always sample and continue to use NNXT, but I would like to have a hardware synth.

for live performance? I found FL to be difficult to navigate around (though I am a Reason user so anything else is going to be a challenge)
I will play around with it more. What I am aiming for is to make sample sets for myself for the NNXT.

there's a live preformance mode to help selece different beats in gigs... and midi compatability...

if you really want cutting edge technoid sounds, deep basses and sharp sawtooths, go for the virus, it rocks ... no questions asked, simply rocks
the sh201 gives you a lil more complex synthesizer which can work really well as well for biting basses as for really cool pads and atmospheric kinda sounds
and if you really wanna go crazy, buy an andromeda

Forget Juno-D its completly closed and cheap technology ,instead get Juno-G if you think about Roland,I got one.And i also love to have Access
