Also the same vocal sample gets pretty boring after a few uses i would use it half as much as u have imo. apart from that i like this u are kept in constant suspense and nice variation on the drums. The fx create a nice dark atmo too. well done mate tis a nice track. Sound like something from 97-97. If this was done 10 years ago, it would be on NO U-Turn... I agree with the previous reviewer about the vocal sample. Get a bit annoying if anything. The bass is alright, could do with something else though just to make it more interesting. Possibly another bass stab like a real heavy dirty bass drop. THat sample is really getting on my nerves now! That outro is good, maybe incorperate it in the intro or bridge. Little question, how do you consider Acid Pro to Reason? hey , cheers 4 the comment man !!!!! yeah , reason and acid r two completely different programs , reason is great 4 makin u`r stuff from scratch like like having your own studio , you can make u`r drum beats and use synths n shit , easier to get what u need out of u`r tunes , but i tend to find it hard to get the drums right , they always sound wicked when u put u`r tune together but when it comes to make it , they can seem pritty shit , it gets really frustraiting , so thats why i went on to acid 4 a change , its more easier but i cant use my vst synths cause i`ve got latancy on my keyboard , i would use acid more often but its all about the samples man , if u aint got the beats and the right samples it can get really frustraiting aswell , so both have good qualitys , but i do love the new reason 4 , alot better than the others , easier to compose the new synth "thor" is wicked , just needed a change !!!!!! 16-02-2008 13:03 Tomos Infidel Registration Date: 15-04-2007 Posts: 2,276 Helpfulness rating:  I really like this. That vocal sample is cool, works perfectly with the beat. However, I wouldn't use it more than 4 or 5 times... after that, it gets boring. Pretty good structure, the whole thing has been put together very well and shows a lot of promise. Very good melodies, enjoyed them. Cool bass stabs. I'd try and develop them into an evil bassline. Keen working on this one, and make sure you keep it focus - no need to bring in too many different samples and shit. Vocal sample started to annoy me at around 2:00. Defo needs less use imo.
