hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to assign a pitch automation to a sample in the arrangement view in Ableton live 7, and if so how you do it, 'cause i've been searching for this the entire morning by now, and I don't seem to find it

try dropping the sample into the sampler then play a midi note, with that you can then automate the pitch.
or use transpose,but its a better sound if you try the 1st method.
