this is different from the other stuff ive been making, kind of laid back, Its got someway to go to become a liquid track but its that sort of thing, quite musical which makes a change for me, made on acid pro + VST

Sounds like you have some phase invertion going on, the overall sound is weak because of it.
Musical elements are nice, break could dominate a bit more.

Its getting there, intro's nyc why dont you try
useing a pad put a delay on the guitar riff and quiet it down a bit theres some good things going
on you need to get a balance between the sounds
when your mixing it down thou look forward to the finished ting keep it up geeza.

Yeah, this is a suprise coming from you. 
Not your usual style.
It kinda loses it's way in the middle - lack of direction and no real focus point on which to hang the track around. Also, the guitar licks get a little repetitive. Also, the constant panning is a little distracting on headphones.
Starts out well, but gets a bit stale and repetitive towards the end. I reckon you should try and develop some proper structure to this tune - continue in the same vain as you start with, with little melodic changes, bringing in the vocals, and dropping in different elements. Keep it changing and exciting.
