Temper (redroom / starwarz)
4K & Temper zijn afkomstig van Sint-Niklaas. 4K leerde d&b kennen in 1995, en in 1997 nam hij zijn plaats in achter de decks. 4K & Temper ontmoetten elkaar in 1998, en Temper startte met dj'en in 2001. Van in het begin besloten ze samen te draaien, aangezien hun verschillende muzikale smaken elkaar inspireerden.
In 2001 begonnen ze de AreA51 parties @ Kompas in St-Niklaas te organiseren. Ze speelden met artiesten als Blame, Clipz, Davide Carbone, ASC, en zowat elke Belgische D&B DJ. Ze waren resident dj's in de Redroom en speelden op feestjes als Steam, Explosiv, Breakz On Tour, etc.
Hun stijl wordt vaak omschreven als donker en moody, maar altijd bedoeld voor de dansvloer. Hun favoriete dj's zijn Bailey, Blame, Loxy, Klute, en Marcus Intalex.
Z-nox (smokehdz)
Born in Bruges 1985, Z-Nox was obsessed with music at a very young age... He started buying vinyl at the age of 15. Very soon he discovered the energy of drum 'n bass music and started focusing himself on dnb particularly. His style goes from soulfull to deep and moody drum n bass, anything goes as long there's some feeling into it. In 2001 Z-Nox joined the 'Smokehdz' forces. Now after a good 6 years of intense dj'ing @ several party's and locations in Belgium alongside Belgium' and International artists (SteamXL, Mystic, Weeatbabies, LondenBeat, Petrol, Tijuana,...) he now decided to focus on producing dnb music, it's still in a early stage but progress is being made every day so ...better watch out.... Madlock (smokehdz)
infected by the dnb virus by hearing goldie's inner city life,in the year 2000 that was,before that,he was into other electronic-influenced music, but also hiphop.when he heard 'inner city life',it struck him like a lightening. As Madlock went to his first dnb party, he realised the atmosphere was so different from other parties, the people were more friendly and openminded,there was a crowd interaction, & everybody was brocking out to every tune. So after years of partying, He decided to start dj-ing. He bought his first decks in 2003,which were soon replaced by his one & only true loves 'The sl 1200' More and more he became hooked on the deep & melodic influenced dnb...in his sets you will hear old & new tunes be the likes of tactile,calibre,d bridge & many more.gigs & bookings brought him to play on several parties,big & small,all over the country,such as Warriorz,Steam,Payback,Mystic Sessions,...He shared line ups with well known belgian djs such as wontime,D convict,juice blenders,Dobe & Daze,Tribblz & Digitt,Millenium Kru,Rudy Rocket and so on. since 2006,his crewmember z-nox has been his permanent dj-partner in crime,besides rocking the decks solo...
D-lux (nastytrickz)
Dlux was born 27 years ago in some small town in Belgium. Alwasy found of music, around the age of 18, he bought his first TT´s with the money from his first reall job. A new DJ was born. Still spinning weekly on www.jungletrain.net , Dlux has established his name across belgium and even in Poland. Playing the harder and darker neuro tech releases and dubs together with his crewmates Xz32 and Border, forming 320dB. Interested in all sort of music styles like drum and bass, deep house, rock and metal, downtempo jazz lounge ... Everything goes down !
