Hi all,

First proper song ive made on Reason 4
a nice gentle track for chilling to but with some deep sub riffs.

I was just experimenting with some jazzy chords using 7ths and 9ths and this just popped out.

Wow mate, those chords are nice! Very nice and jazzy start. I think the bass drum is a bit boomy. Nice melody. Really like this... It's is a mix of Lift music and an arcade game.

NO real complaints. Good track. Smile

Just noticed that you have a low score for this. I'm sure that it doesn't really reflect the work put into this track. Probably some kid was expecting a Ed Rush & Optical style track so scored it minimum. Mad

Agree with both reviews. Excellent melodies and chord changes. You seem to have a knack for this kind of style. Yeah, beats are definitely too boomy. Also, the mix as a whole is a bit flat. There's too much low mid in it. Cool track tho. Well put together.

Cheers guys for all the feed back,

that score is pretty annoying but i suppose it just reflects some people have different tastes to others. theres not a great deal i can do about it and im not one to complain but it does make me look like a bad producer if it gets scored low.

hear it is , the perfect example of the voting system gone wrong , this shurely cant have 2 stars man , i`ve just read the reviews , people big`in it up , saying not much to complain about , doesent make sence !!!!! its not the best track in the world , granted , bit too fast 4 my likin , but everything is all in the right place , still needs abit more work , but overall nice , cant understand it !!!!

nice track mate , i havent voted on it yet cause the rating will go up , it would be silly me sayin this if the rating went higher , i`ll definately vote later !!!!!

this is just a example , not another rant , cant wait 4 the new voting system !!!!!!

lil bit alternative, nice n soulful! lovely break, cuts thru nice. not sure about the appregio bit but it works ok.

this is rather jolly Big Grin

NIce keys man, although some of the sounds are a lil bit cheese

love how is switches into the more synthetic section effortlessly.

the break down is ok but some of those synths sound like you've ripped them from sonic the hedgehog. nice melodies, its just the sounds i dont like too much.

Overall.

well composed track, as has been said sweet melodies, break cuts through nice like. beat suits track well,

Just some of the sound choices arent my cuppa tea.
