So I just bought a new Oxygen 49 and im running vista as my os, m audio has the updated drivers for the controller but not an updated driver for the enigma software 
I really dont like vista, I think its a pos but is there a work around for this, pretty sure im gonna either have to wait for the update which could be god knows how long or just rollback to xp which is sounding better and better every second. But that means I have to pay which is ridiculous! Is there any other software that maybe emulates enigma?

Use the non-update version, go to properties, set run as to XP.
Vista sucks, always.
