Been experimenting with a few different styles lately - including this remix of 2Clix's track.

It's still a bit ruff-round-the-edges, still needing a few little tweaks and edits but you'll get the idea...

I know this is not gonna be everybody's cup of tea because it's almost a metal track - loads of distortion and heavy guitar sounds (which were generated using Predator).

The beats are still very much dnb tho, so I hope you like them even if you're not a metal fan.

Anyways, massive respect has to go out to 2Clix for his original track and for allowing me to fuck it over!! Be sure to check out the original posted a few weeks ago.

The intro sounds very friendly (like the good ol' Tomos I used to know). And then suddenly MADNESS.
That guitar thing is awfully loud, not my style, but well done. The guitar sound very "real", which is great.
I seriously think that with different levels (the mix of the different instruments as well as intro--> main part) this track would sound better.

Cant listen to this too loud (waiting for delivery man )

So i cant quite hear the whispering in the intro....but eh pads and other sounds and sounding good.

Beat is sounding pretty sweet...the vocal aint too bad.

Some nice synth sounds coming in and out.......

only one thing i gotta say......WHERES THE SUB MANG!?!?!1!!??

apart from that not too bad. But im just not a fan of grungy guitars in dnb

Maybe a bit where it switched up into a more rolling beat would be cool

hi mate , this is deffinatly too heavy madness 4 me , dont like metal at all , so i wont rate , cause it would be unfair !!!!!!!

i think the levels r abit too loud in places and the intro dropped a bit tooooooooooooo heavy , lol , but like i say not my style so i will not comment any further , take care mate , peace !!!!!!!!

not keen on the wide spreaded guitar. Its pretty big mosh up dude. Pretty chaotik imo. I like the laaalaaalaaa vocal sample. I gotta agree with the overpowered guitar which lets the beats far behind. Good work with FX, lots of interesting elements in here.

Yeah, the guitars are loud and naughty - that was the intention but perhaps they're too loud.

Ghosty - yep, not much sub stuff, I agree. When I was mking the track I felt I could get away with it and hoped nobody noticed... how utterly foolish of me. Big Grin

Any more reviews on this one?? C'mon, it only takes a minute or two ya lazy arses!! Tongue

Absolutely luvin the guitar feel (being a guitarist myself) great blend of dnb and heavy metal..

02:30 - Excellent step down in pace, the amens are equed nicley imo.. alot of elements in this track, damn i wish i heard the original i'll be sure to check it after l;istening to this beast..

Eqwise its cool on my system, maybe the main beatz have too much high end in them??? not sure, kicks could be more present, but theres so much goin on in this that the raw power keeps the momentum goping..

Whats this predator?? i gotsa get me some a that fo'sure!!

oww predator is sweet for basses... my bros been using that one like crazy and it sounds fucking awesome... i also used it a while ago but need to reinstall it again... deep sweet guitar bass... sounds nice and wide...
you got some cool breakies with your drums... but a little messy at some points... im not digging the vocal in it... i feel it does the overall feel of the track wrong... the drums sound pretty mean... which is good i mean Smile

that the guitars are standing out in the mix shouldnt be a problem btw... because every track needs some element that stands out.. i would definately lean in that direction with the track... but mannnnn personally seriously get that ahhhh vocal out there Tongue
