The beat is a bit lame, sorry...
For the rest: some suggestions:
-use reverb on your synths
-more bass
-some less 'church organs'
-eum...
it's like "Pacman" (Ed Rush & Optical) but it still sounds like the computergame...
Could be better

Sounds like a computergame indeed.
Bassline is quite allright, but shouldn't be in stereo.
Drums are a bit too standard, they don't have any power and the snare is too loud.
I think you could call this style: Church 'n' Bass or Church Drum 'n' Bass
