Please check out my new track 'Nightfall' and post your comments here!!!
I made this tune out of the sweet dnb.be sample packs.
A bit too slow for drum and bass, but I hope you'll like it

I'm a bit suprised nobody has commented on this! OK, its not really drum and base, more breakbeat. But it is actually quite good. The intro/main riff is nice and quite effective. The sound quality is pretty raw, but I am getting a bit bored with the polished d'n'b everyone is doing now days, so a nice change. What ever happened to the roughness in jungle? Thats what gave it its edge. I like the sparce use of the hoover in it. This sound like a cross between chemical brothers, Prodigy and some underground doomy metal band. Not to keen on the bridge synth sound, but a nice effort over all.

Definitely not dnb but this is cool! However, the overall sound leaves a lot to be desired. It's compressed to fuck and it's a little horrible to listen to unfortunately.
It sounds like you're trying to give the beats some textures and roughness, and that's a perfectly good idea! However, I think you need to look at them again because they sound very mushy. They've a lost of their fatness and heaviness - and that's essential in a track like this. I do love the pattern of the beats tho, they groove really well!
If this was a little slower, it coulda been a dubstep track I reckon. It's got that kinda feel. Cool track mate.

cool track i quite like this
sounds pretty industrial with alot of the synths and sequencing work going in there
your right about it being a bit slow but as a track it works
sometimes there seems to be a bit too much background glitch and the snare dosnt get through so well it might be the type of metallic snare youve chosen
i like this mix of industrial and DnB sort of sound but thats just my opinion
nice one!
