Whenever I play my tracks whether it be fl, sound forge, audacity whatever, they seem to sound better there then when I upload them here? Like my hats completely goto shit and pretty much the rest of it. I know alot of it has to be me(prolly most) but can some of it be due to uploading

No due to uploading, but due to converting. The tracks are automatically converterd to 130 kbps VBR, which makes them loose some high-frequency quality... if you don't master them, this effect is even more present.
