just realise i deleted accidentally reason file for SYSTEM CLEAR ,im so fukin stupid fuck !!!! got just 320 mp3 ,no wave file nothing ,let me hang please...

Too late now, but make backups mate, you'll be happy when something like this happens or when your drive crashes or something like that.
I use a tool called SyncBack SE, you can configure it to eg make a backup every time you start your PC. It only backs up the stuff that is new or has changed so it only takes like a minute or so.
