Right then, I'm pretty new to production. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on writting break from scratch, but making them sound natural. I have for example programed the amen, going by drum patterns on the net, but it sound mechanical. ALso, does anyone have any tips on cleaning up breaks? I have uploaded a couple of tracks on here, but everyone says they sound 'Muddy'...
I am using Reason 3, I also have Recycle and FL7, but don't really use Fl7 now days. Just because I'm still learning Reason.

There are a lot of threads about this subject. This is a good thread about that subject
Most people use a combination of single hits and (parts of) breaks.
Muddyness can be removed or avoided by cutting the lowend from your hihats, ghosts and percussion and lowering 250-800Hz on your kick.

Muddyness can also be 'removed' when you add a compressor with short attack and release times on your break, and a bit of distortion (check FL Blood Overdrive plugin).
Try the compressor with attack time of 15-50 ms, release of max. 200 ms (depends on the bpm measure of the track and the complexity of the beat), and some satisfying threshold. Play with these.
