how do u stop subs from sounding distorted when u turn them up loud?

some times even if i turn it up a little bit it sounds fuzzy

limiter, your sound is digitally clipping, makeing you round sine a hard square.


also another good step is to remove the 100hz and below from everything else in the track just to make sure that all the sub will be clean and clear, nad you'll get more sub in the mix easy.
