Excellent, excellent vibes in this!! Definitely got some Shpongle elements in there. That ethnic vocal is superb! I'd bring it out a little tho and perhaps give it some variation later on. Great beats, got a real dancey feel to them.
They almost don't sound like dnb to me (not a criticism).
Listening to this for the third time... yep, the structure and vibe is very dance orientated - and it sounds cool!! Nice bass sounds in there bro, but again I'd give it a little variation later on to mix it up a bit.
Cool, cool track!!
Btw, which artists inspire you?

hey man, shpongle vibes! I'm stoked....
cheers for the comments, glad you liked it...
maybe I will do some more work on this then...
At the moment I'm really into Analog Child, he is a prog psy producer. Check out his Freak On ep.. Started my set at this bush doof a few weeks ago with one of his tracks and people just got sucked onto the dance floor. The quality of his tracks is awesome...
The dnb producers on this site inspire me heaps (but haven't been here for a while), that lecker track by Noisia and their other stuff is rad too.
Have a good one

Pretty good. Love the vocal sample.
Just a few notes (remember it's only personal opinion).
The intro to the first build up is interesting but a bit long. Try dropping the goodness at 2 min 13 sec or earlier.
The main drop and the breakbeat therein, after the first interlude (2:38 min) could use and bit of 'beefing up'. The main break is a bit simple, but if that was your objective then that's OK.
Overall, the sound scape is nice and full, but keep in mind that sounds, beats and vocals lose their meaning without a contrasting silence or lull, like yin and yang. Like you would punctuate a sentence and structure a conversation, music (especially DnB) needs peaks, troughs, pauses, interludes drops and drop-outs. Needs spicing up a little, it’s somewhat repetitive.
Some phat moog or ear popping basslines could be used in the longer interludes to add interest.
Lastly, the mixing/levels are really good, but the high hats need to be a bit more erratic, with less of 4/4 tick. A little cow bell wouldn't go astray too. ‘Needs more cow bell…’ ;

easy now,
this tune is a cool one - i can imagine getting completely lost and frightened in a rave if this came on - got lots of eery vibes cos of that vocal.
yeh it could do with a couple more build ups n stuff but otherwise i like it a lot. the drums in this hav got a cool tribal quality as well.
nice one
