i've got 3 partitions on my laptop, the C, a D-drive and an E-drive.
The C and E are on the same hd, so i want to merge em, so my C drive doubles in capacity, cus i'm allready over 50% of the 69GB it has..
Anyone know how to do this in vista?

I think it is not a good idea to make a huge C drive. Keep the C drive as clean as possible. Make a backup copy of the installed c drive (make an image using Acronis true image or Northon Ghost or something like it). Keep your data on an other disc than c.
When your windows or programs ever get fucked up you restore the image and you're on the go again really fast. Needless to say that you need to make a new image every once in a while.
Buy an external HD to make backups to. Really helpfull when things fuck up.
As for partition merging: you need to cut off a part of D or E first so you have free space on the HD and then add this free space to C.
I used to do such things (back in the days) with a program called Partition Magic. Been a while though.
Hope this helps.

It's not about the percentage, but about the actual free space. If you still have 30GB there's no need to worry.
Some programs allow you to set their temp dir on another volume (e.g. cool edit). You might as wel do that.
Check your C: drive thoroughly and see what can be moved to D or E. Be carefull, if you're not sure, don't do it. There is almost no faster way to ruin your system. Delete temp files from browser(s). User defrag to speed the disc up.
