The wobble part needs more variation (little synth stabs, pad stabs, FX stabs, ...) to keep it interesting. The element (organ-style) that enters at 22" sounds off (not the instrument, but the melody) compared to the pad underneath.
The whole laughing thing is ok, but don't repeat it too much because it gets anoying.

Easy now! Good vibes on this track...
Tips: Take the low freq bass out like 7G said and re-do the bass, if you got the bass in with the synth EQ it and take the low end out of the synth and just put the bass note patterns back in.
2. Finish the track ands send it over, good vibes on this one, sure it'd tare up a dancefloor
Good work!

but yeah has a good quality to it drums sound crisp and clear like the wind sound
bass dont sound that bad nice low end specially round 2.14 as im running it on makies they are picking it up nice so id leave that bit imo. the rest cud mabye do with a boost but thats up to you as there aint no mid range in it
the laugh does get a bit annoying but in a club you aint going to notice it are you

Excellent! Wow, this is super fat! I didn't find the laugh sample as annoying as some other peeps... well, may a little bit towards the end.
Sound wise, this tune is spot-on really. Not really much I can say. The only thing I don't like is that casio-like synth line from 0.22 to 1.05. It really doesn't fit the track, imo. The wrong vibe and it sounds outta tune a bit. But I suppose it's too late to start changing things with the track, since it's getting signed?
Apart from that, top tune! I'd love to here the full versio. Let us know when it's out eh?

Was that question meant for me? If so, it says in his comments at the top, "long time sice i posted a track! tune in the process of been signed hence the shortness!"
