like the intro filterd the drusm nicely
bassline flows good with them too very nice

drums could do with a little variation imo

sounds very quiet to be honest could do with a boost in sound

the flute is nice nice job on that
break is nice like the edit on the beats nice how you bringing them back in

then straight back on the roll the added efx is good to like that sound you got there

infact i like this not what id dance to but very good to stand nodding to my man llike the way its going

I don't know about Logitech X-540s being good monitors, lol, but I produce on them and they sound mucho great to me Cool

Don't I feel like a newb. You giys probably have awesome set-ups and here I am with a P4 2.4GHz, Korg MicroKontrol and FL XXL. lol.

I am a big fan of nice crisp and bright drums, so this track has me going from the beginning. Lovely intro. I like the ride. Strings are nice too.

Ok, from the drop up to the end of the filter envelope, that is one careful piece of work. I'm just feeling the bass a little too much at the beginning there, but otherwise that sounds so good.

I want to learn how to do these wonderful changing reeses everybody seems to do so well. This one compliments the mood of the track, without making it too laid back. The drums are really good, nice tight and punchy. I love that flanging effect, how did you achieve it?

A beautiful haunting track. Well done. Your baby is very pretty. Lol Tongue

What Flanging effect? On the drums? There is no effect, there is just a slight chorus on the reece.

so -

i love the melody and harmony - but I would change the hight hats and rides in the intro...

the drums sounds cool - the bassline fits good to the melody - but i would seperate strings/bass sometimes .... so you can make a dramatic intro - then let the bass roll - and then the strings nd flutes should come - just my opinion.

reminds of old bse stuff ....

but cool tune !

Some really good stuff here and some really bad stuff. The good stuff - I adore the stringy, flutey vibes and the basslines. The bad stuff - the beats are seriously weak and the overall sound quality is low. It needs to sound 10x bigger and more powerful. The strings sound really thin too. It's a real shame cos I think you've nailed the main vibes and melodies perfectly - but the track really lacks presense because of the sound. A track like this needs to sound huge enough to take your soul away.

The production side of things will definitely come tho, so no big deal. Keep doing tunes like this and you'll be a seriously good dnb producer! Bigup

this is a mentally wicked tune
i dont know what it is that i love about about this track most.
the mellowness of the flute sample, the half time break in the breakdown or the overall dirtyness of the B-line.
this is quality work mate mass big ups
