My preference is for moist scambled eggs with red leceister cheese melted into them, with chopped tomatoes, little bit of seasoning and mixed herbs, served next to crispy hash browns and some baked beans.... coooorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

FRY SOME CHOPPED ONION FOR 2 MINUTES...

THEN THROW IN THE WHISKED EGGS....

WHEN HALF DONE, GRATE IN LOADS OF CHEESE,
THEN FOLD IN HALF SO NO CHEESE TOUCHES THE PAN.

Sauce lol?

A nice basic one with baked tomato and onion, yum! But I can put anything in, whatever takes my fancy, i like to vary a lot... mushrooms, bell pepper, cheese, ham, aubergine, garlic, ...

What I usually do is:

- 2 or 3 eggs
- add milk (don't rly know how much, just until it feels right during the
- add tabasco
- add basil, pepper, chili powder, salt, ... (whatever I feel like)

Mix the above by hand so it gets a bit foamy (not too much).

Optionally bake bacon and/or fresh onions/tomatoes (tomatoes are tricky -> need a lot of oil/fat) - but never too much, and then add the egg mix. When not adding bacon I mostly use olive-oil and from time to time add a bit of (garlic) butter.

i like "klakaards" or "wentelteefjes" or "turn-bitches"

biscuits drowned in a mix of eggs and milk and then trown in a pan .

after that you got a some kind of pancake thing and you can poor sugar on it to give it extra flavour
