Hey yo,
Oh to be young enough to be comin home from school again!! Long since passed for old geezers like me.
Very chilled out tune this. Beats are nice and sparse and crisp and match the feel of the tune well. Nice velocity work on the hats. Nice step up at 3:30 but whole thing still suffers from a bit of lack of variation.
Like section at 4:18 where pads and synths are all out and just the sub rolling with the beats.
Mix is good, melodies are good just wants a bit more variation IMO. but good work anyway
Respect

Good melodies, the lead is a bit too average, a sound with more own vibe would give the track that little extra. New snare after the drop is not better than the one before. And the switch back@3:12 is a bit weird too, perhaps leave the second snare out altogether. I think the drums and the basses could use more presence, beef it all up (compress, layer, ...). The track sounds ok, but it does not "catch" me.

Great tune for sure. The whole mix, however, does sound a little flat and quiet. Not by much, but I think it'd defo help to brighten everything up. Excellent melodies with good progression. Kept me bobbing my head throughout. I like the beats but they are a bit mix-and-match. You change the snare sound half way through and I don't think that was necessary. I prefered the earlier snare.
Overall tho, a very nice tune indeed!! Just needs some work to get the sound better.

you are an impressive young producer.
i predict you will make it pro.
this is not your best work by a long shot tho.
this track lacks some teeth imo.
the synth work is good again. i'd love to hear you try some harder more elaborate styles in the future.
not bad.
