Hehe the poor man has to wait for ages to get a response on his hard laboured tune and then he gets this
Can perhaps say what's wrong with it?
First of all I think the sound is completely wrong. You got the bass turned way up on your amp I think, there's a complete overemphasis on the high end and there's hardly any bass present. When you mix a track you should always compare it to some other tracks and try to make it sound at least as good. I bet if you would play this track on your system first followed by a dnb vinyl or CD you would be blown away by the bass!!
The second thing is that all instruments are so robotically programmed. It seems like you're triggering every sound at nearly every 1/16th. There's no swing, no feel to it, it's more elektro than dnb!! Also some sounds have the same melody, which makes it boring...
The thing I like about it is that you use interesting sounds, I like the idea of that harpsichord / plucked string thingy (if it would not sound so thin
)

i'm working on sth new trying to make it het more dnb
i work with flp which i think sounds kinda electro
but nowi'm working with some effects,
really starting to sound nice
i would like to work with reason, but its really hard to understand
i've discovered a few things but really not enough to produce

I like the plucked tune too, but it's too bad it's standard for Fruity Loops...
On the other hand, I like the chaos which lies in this track, it's something completely diffirent...
But it needs lots of work I guess...

Have to agree with the others
- sub is missing
- hi end too loud
- hats too loud
- kick needs boost
- melody sounds quite robotic indeed
- sounds all sound too standard FL or something like that, nothing organic about it.
Time and practice are the best remedy, trust me, I know
