I finished reading Goldie's "Nine Lives" autobiographical book a few weeks ago and I gotta say, it was a great read. I found it so interesting I couldn't put it down and finished it in just over a week (which is quick for me).

Anyhows, it concentrates on Goldie's life - suprise, suprise - so it's not wall-to-wall dnb. A large part of the book is dedicated to his colourful and often painful childhood. He then goes into detail about his involvement in graffiti, hip hop and b-boy culture in the US and the UK. Then the story moves onto his initial introduction to dnb and his eventual release of the dnb classic, "Timeless". Plus, of course, the story behind MetalHeadz, which is amazing.
There's a good doses of humour, drugs and sex (well, a bit) as well. A great book for people into the early MetalHeadz stuff and particularly Goldie's role in the raise of dnb.

Course it will. Must be a few second hand copies knocking about somewhere. I notice it's avilable through Amazon's French and German websites? Anyhow, most UK-based sellers on Amazon.co.uk will sell to overseas customers. I've bought quite a few albums and books recently from sellers in Switerland, Germany, even Hong Kong through Amazon's marketplace.
