Please check out my new track 'Brainworm' and post your comments here!!!
Hiya folks,
I've been spending a LOT of time lately on producing, making both easy listening A.Perez tracks, as well as some SERIOUS hard stuff like this one. Some new techniques i've learned that i used making this, some new samples and some shiny 'n fresh inspiration from the parties i went to.
Can't wait to hear what u guys think 'bout it.
It's possible to get this one on 320 or even .wav if you'd like to, just mail me on:

Seriously impressive production quality. Really crisp and clean AND loud!! What software do you use?
Very atmospheric vibes in the build-up, right up my street. If this was my track I'd turn down the breaks at the beginning a bit to allow the melodic vibes to be more prominent.
Nice funky beats from about 1.30. I love those junglist breaks! Sooo funky.
More cool beats from 2.15! Great snare and kick. The bass is a little quite tho - I'd turn it up. The bassline from 2.35 till 2.50 is excellent. Great head-bobbing melody!
Great use of subs underneath the distorted bassline. Really simple and sweet. Sounds crisp and heavy at high volume. Wouldn't change them at all.
The only thing this track lacks, imo, is a hook or two. Also, it was a shame not to include some of the atmospheric vibes into the middle and/or latter stages of the track. The track, at the mo, does sound slightly disjointed because it has 3 or 4 stages which sort of play back-to-back to each other. It needs a little something to gel it all together and I reckon some use of the opening atmospheric pads and Fx would do that nicely.
That said, a super cool track!!!

Nicely done, although I have a few issues
- The contrast between the hardcore stuff and the rest of the track is a bit too big, work on the transition
- The bassline lacks bass. That makes for a very clean sound, but we want bass!

Wow man, ace job. You improved a lot. There's a bit too much vocals to my taste and some parts are a bit too banging for me, but the sound quality is great. The mid-bass is a bit too silent (the drums kill it) . More variation is welcome too.

that's what i am talking about. nice vocal line as a rhythmatic atmosphere. then using the synth with the same effects as the vocals, makes a nice switch, like it's speaking. hehe.
the drums after that at 2:30 seems a bit dry, but it works, need's a few layers of atmosphere at about that point, after it runs dry a bit. you change it up often. man thoes drums are freash. but it's a bit dry and repative. which might work. i like it.
could use a few layers, and anything goes there.
ooooooh at 3:45 when yuo filter in the bass, there's a click, you got to start the filtering a second earlier that's a problem with automated there's a few milosecond latency.

Wow.
Well, Noisia's 'Believe' can go suck c0ck.
Your use of choir is very, VERY good. The drums surrounding it (not the break, I won't talk about the break just yet) are just, I DON'T HAVE A WORD FOR IT BUT YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. Yummy.
I wasn't expecting that disgusting bass hit after such a beautiful into, but my god it fits beautifully. Maybe a few elements you could carry over just to make it a little smoother, but I think the whole soft/hard cut isn't used enough.
Then I get lost in a million screaming people, oh wait I should probably open my eyes lol
That break. Has everything one needs. To make a. Rocking. Track. Beautifully crafted, strong and it works with your tune mate. Big up.
One last thing. To all you out there who like structure, this is a perfect example of how improvisation works BETTER 98% of the time.
5 stars.
