o yeah none of the levels are set an im trying to go for a bit of an old school slow steppa thing on this so plz dont say "its slow and it sounds old school and the drums are low"
any way can you help me?

Doesn't sound bad at all... but it's just the very very basic structure for a track. Look for an instrument (anything, VST or sample) that could fit in and make a melody, add pads, maybe a vocal.
Save under a new name. Start from this version again and make something whole new out of it.
Repeat as often as you can.
Let it rest for a few days, then listen to all versions. Pick the one that pleases you most and try to make a full grown track out of it. You could also pick up an idea or two from the runner-ups.

yeah its only the drums an bline at the mo so going to look at doing more to it was just asking for input but thanxs for input

Easy, hard to let you know on this one due to no intro, no breakdowns, and no edits...

reminds me on kemistry & storm @ 2000 ! really old school (which isnt bad !!)
so - its just a loop - for a review i would need more ! but these old school tunes allow you phat sound experiments - try a synth/ try some pads / try mashed up sound fx´s or something in the background.
