Easy, this is a new side to me which im keep to follow and try and advance on, along with my beats and b-lines. Nice to make some fresh new designs and hopefully I can make this a trademark for myself as its the style I enjoy making. Enjoy!

heaftiness on this track mate. overall i like it.

now comes the tips....

i'm not sure about the bass, its good but it doesnt hurt. needs to be bit lower and sharper imo.
i prefer the 2nd build up and 2nd drop better too.

the tune kinda starts to repeat too much after a bit too....could maybe do with a switch of theme (maybe take the listener down a few notches mid drop with a 16 bar chillout breakdown) then a mega switch back to duttyness.

nice mixdown, not much for me to say there.

Takes a while for this track to really get going - until the bass kicks in actually, around 1.30. 7G is right about the bass, it needs to be sharper and heavier.

The snare is way too thin for my liking. It needs a much fuller, lower sound. Dillinja is usually good on the old snares - that's the kind of sound I'd like to hear in this track.

I love the rides. Really, really good.

You could definitely develp your own style from this sound. It's quite distinctive and I like it. I actually think it needs to be darker and a bit more intense. It's not quite there yet but shows a lot of promise.

good drumming

your sounds are nice but you emphasize em a bit too much without really setting a theme of sorts, something that would stay in my head after listening

love the metallic snare you introduce in the later parts

beats tend to bore a little towards the end. as this break construction allows for weird excursions into halstep beat and / or 5/4 pattern construction etc.. imo a rhythmical edit here n there would work nice to break the repetition. maybe introduce a completely different drumkit

I do however, like where this is heading as it loosely matches what I liek to hear in my own tunes

_edit2: a couple of more listens... this is really a great idea in the works man, if you have the time check my last couple of tunes.. if you like what you hear maybe we can collab on something (maybe this Big Grin

cool sounds in the intro. dont like the kick that much. drums need some work. sound a bit thin and might need some variation.
only hp but the mix sounds nice here. bass is real deep. some low mids on top maybe?
gets a bit repetitive

cool tune. needs some more work
