I hate it when i see things like this, the reason being is that it makes me realize how lucky i really am, although you forget and gradually go on about your life only to be reminded again at a later date.
I wish i could be truly happy with the body and life i have and regularly know that many other people have it so sooo much worse than me.

I think it is worth seeing and making you realise that no mather how hard life sucks, there are people that are in a situation far worse than yours. Since we can't help the guy, we might as well respect his situation.
