classic teksteppa, layering bass on the kicks.
love that effect bro.
just headphoning it up at the momenent.
that intro is sweet.... and then....
drop....you sick bitch!!
fucking dutty bastard. love it!
there is a very slight miss-time with the
distorto synth but thatsa an easy fix i think.
gonna give this a blast on me speakers tomorrow.
more comments on mix n stuff then.

Really good track man, i really enjoyed this one. Nice Bass, nice drums, smooth progress. Im loving it. You have your own style of drum and bass so thats nice.
I also liked the bass during the drums. I like the distorted effect.
Cheers

Intro sounds huge, great atmosphere building. The first melody is over present (EQ it down a bit) and it doesn't really fit the atmosphere imo. Rest of the track is ok. Also the FX padz etc... are great.
The intro is warm-dreamy-trance oriented whereas the track is more of a hardstep thingy. I'd say change the intro to fit the mainpart, not the other way around.

another listen....
the arp that comes later in the intro is too loud.
the strings in the intro need to be more upfront in the mix.
they are f**king dark mate, so more of them please.
also i think it would sound better if the notes were longer and did not die off each time. just a thought.
last thing is the distorto synth dirty thing.
its a bit too loud, and again, very very slightly off time.
anyways thats the most constuctive criticism i can give.
bad boy tune tho!

Hmmm, pretty good. Definitely got lots of potential. The synths are working well together to create a lovely dark vibe. The distorted bass sounds are really good too. However, the get a little too distorted and mashed-up at times. You may want to tone down the effects a little.
I'm not too impressed with the beats, they need to be a bit louder and clearer.
Nice preview though - should be a good track once it's finished.

i like the synth at around 45 seconds, gives a nice feel. I think the pads through the intro could be more pronounced, a bigger feel. the drop is good, love the big ripping synths, they tear it up. the synth stabs throughout are a bit too loud, either turn em down or filter them all over the shop for a progressive feel. look forward to the finished version.

great dramatic ambient intro. liking how the hgh synth comes in, fits well. drops well, a fair bit of energy behind it. a bit dark for me, but typical of the style. i dont know about that rising synth through out the track, doesnt sound great. good start keep at it!!

ok so ill go a little in depth on the synths for a min.ive got two vsts set up as reeses.one goes straight to the board with one high pass filter to remove any rumble and make room for the kick and subs.the second has a hing pass as well but also has a notch to give the flangy phasey type shit, stilll need to refine my lfos.from there the two are brought together in a channel.from that channel i control the reese line with a high pass,a low pass and a notch/band filter(this filter doubles as the notch and band will prob devide the two to eliminate some of the volume probs.as well as limit the main.so yeah ) the strings and other parts are just kinda for support and really havent had much done to them.i actually started two other tracks this weekend at a house party.so ill get back to this one with a fresh ear sometime this week.

very nice
put a brass typ synth in with a simple fraze and bring the intro back with the drums over it.
