Excellent sounding beats. Spot-on, imo. However, I think when you pan the beats it's a little loud. I'd reduce the volume on those parts a little. It's a bit heavy on the ol' ears.
I think the track would definately benefit from more prominent basslines. There seems to be distinct lack of meaty basslines to match the beats. I would also incorporate a few more FX and pads to fill it out a bit and bring in a bit of variety.
But overall, an excellent preview!!

I was advised to stick in a nice synth with a simple fraze now and then and I found it was good advise.

good drums, clean and crisp. not feel ing the panning going on though. back beat boring, really unispired and the synth aint great either, i think you should definately wack somthing else in there.
