They just don't shut up, they don't let the music breathe. It's hip hop with a DnB beat under it, it's not DnB. So no, MC's shouldn't be making more tunes.
DnB is an instrumental genre and it should stay that way. Each time some one tries to make it a style with vocals, they make either pop tunes with a DnB beat or hip hop with a DnB beat, but not DnB.

that's pretty close minded. a lot of genres have the musical and song variations. prog rock to alt rock, house, trance, opera to classical, turntablism to hip hop.
DnB is not just a drum loop and a couple of detuned distorted saw waves.
i quite like the vocals in tracks it's something that helps balance out the perfection of the music. and it makes it more open to a lot more people. a lot of purist wouldn't like it to be more open. lots of people liek their music to be their music and underground and whatever.
but the human voice is something everyone can relate to and the lyrics are something most people can relate to more than just bassline. i gives the song a soul.
this song is pretty fun.
but what do you mean,t hat they shouldn't release songs like this and just do the songs live with MC only??? it doesn't evne make sense. if you'd live with ti live, than the recordings are just a reflection of that?
NAH BLOOD.

I think my thing not only goes for DnB, but also for trance or house or a lot of other genres that were born instrumental. Once they added lyrics, most of those tracks where just pop tunes with a trance riff added and shit.
You say that a voice is easier relate to than a bassline. Could be, but does that mean you should add lyrics to everything so people could relate to it? People can relate to a fucking good track, no vocals needed. If people can't relate, it's because it's not their style or a bad track.
And no, I don't like a live MC either. No vocals = most respect to the music. I think most producers make a track not with the idea that an MC will be added anyway, so the music is in fact intended for listening without an MC, so that's how I wanna hear it.
