I'm from the UK, South coast, in a place called Southsea.

The Drum and bass scene here is surprisingly big!
One of the biggest nights here is Breakneck

The DJs they get are usually pretty first class... among others the line ups have been DJs like Dillinja, Lemon D, (valvle sound system is f**kin mental, I've never heard anything like it!) Andy C, Fabio, and Grooverider etc...

as well as other smaller nights, I guess we're spoilt for choice! Big Grin

I've heard Dilly + Lemon once, and their mixing was bloody awfull, and everyone there agreed. I heard the other set they did in Belgium in that period was even worse.

But that's another discussion, let's not get offtopic here Big Grin

They just couldn't mix, mostly offbeat and with bad timing. And Dilly tracks are great, for once or twice an evening, not for 3h non stop imo Big Grin

I'm from the south of Antwerp too, I live in Mortsel. It's a 20-minute tramride away from the centre of Antwerp. Although the Antwerp scene is kind of dissapointing (I really think there are more possibilities here) there are good parties and record shops...

I dont know anything about koksijde i hail from the USA. and i can tell ya that about three years ago i saw two little kids raving it up at about 4 in the morning and this was no club it was a massive party. looked like a brother and sister one about age 12 if not younger one about 10. whats more they were wearing pajamas and slippers, looked like they had just rolled out of bed. it was obvious these two were no amitures they were sweating up a storm and busting out some baaad moves. now thats hardcore! they will probably be some heavy-weight heads in the scene if they don't turn into burn outs. cause they looked like they were partying pretty hard if you know what i mean. Shocked

thats fuctup! I would have said something to them but the looked right at home getting down to to the music, they danced better than most of the people there.
