Not really, Robrecht5 had trouble with the site using Opera 
We worked it out in PM, but this info can be useful for other users too!

There are also too many sites that are displayed incorrectly in Opera, I only use it when nothing else is avaliable or nothing else works. It's also more safe than e.g. IE6.
Concerning ill logic: 100% correct.

It is not Opera that displays the sites incorrectly, it are the sites that are not programmed very well (in most cases). The blame is partly on programs like dreamweaver, which take over the display routines of the most used browser (IE), instead of according to web standards made by the http://www.w3.org/, so people making sites with these don't see their "mistakes".
Opera is for example one of the only commonly used browsers capable of displaying the acid2 browser test, wich tests for support of the latest web standards. The latest versions of Firefox and IE both fail this test.

Personally I use Opera most, because I like the interface best. If some site fails because of non-compliant site code, or plugins that don't support opera very well, I go to Firefox as second choice, or IE7 as third.
Firefox3 sounds promising however, so maybe I'll switch to that sometime later this year.

I was just about to say there are a few problems with Opera, when I saw this sticky
When I try uploading a track, the button doesn't work most of the time and also, quite often, when surfing through the threads, the site will freeze 
I only get these problems with this site though.
I normally have to upload with IE7.
I quite often clean the cache ect, so that isn't the problem.

ok i'll update my Opera to the latest version and try to reproduce these problems, although they do sound like a problem with your computer - ie if your browser freezes it is certainly not due to mistakes in a site but rather due to bugs in the browser

I never had anything freezing on this site while browsing with opera. Sometimes images don't show though (eg. image war thread), but that could be one of the settings.

not really sure if freezing was the right word. What would happen is that when I try going to another thread, nothing would happen, but I could change site easy enough.
