ive got a router, i believe its one of the servers i play in.they have to "identify" your cd key when you enter and someone has made a lovly lil program that reads and steals it.i had aguy come in the room i was in yesterday and it kicked him cuz i was there 1st .it said cd key already in use for him.

Contact Valve or whoever suitable and request a new cd-key. They will check if your game is valid, then give you another one. I guess.

If you can prove you have a legal version (a box or key on paper or registration online with your e-mail adress) this can be cleared fast. They'll give you a new key and block the old one.
Don't they have a faq online where they explain how to avoid this shit?
