Not your average DnB track, more like ambient. But very well done!

I've gotta say, I don't think this is Drum n Bass. It sounds more like ambient to me. More Orb than Optical, if you know what I mean. Reminds me of Red Snapper in a big way.
But that isn't a criticism because I love the track. Musically it's very impressive. The bass and drums work perfectly together to provide the backbone to the whole track. Great vibes created by the synths, chimbs, sound FX and vocals.
However, a few small points:
1. The drums go slightly quiet for 3 seconds from 1.14 ro 1.17. Why? It sounds strange.
2. Didn't like the panning of the HiHats from 1.50 to 2.04. They sound ok during the main mix by not on their own, imo.
3. The break in the middle of the track is too long. Imo you should either shorten it and add a new element to sustain interest.
Anyway, great track. I've love to hear more from you.

Hi Man thanks
Ill be there and download
The reasoned I have not got them is, I always like to be original.
But unfortunately when I have try ed to put together an original drum paten, it has been so original that it has gone out side of being Drum n bass.
I want to work with D&B loops and get familiar with them, then I hope Ill be able to put one together of my own.

What a breath of fresh air, I wouldn't normally listen to this type of music, but the ideas and sounds are almost rejuvenating (LOL) . I like the xylophone or glockenspiel (or whatever it is) and the pads you used are great. I was expecting something else to be honest, but when it dropped it was cool. I don't think that the prodominent hat in the mix had to be so overbearing but maybe thats what you where going for. Also at a couple points during the tune I'm sure the beats clashed. I liked the vox though, they give a kind-of spiritual chant type vibe which is a good lead up.
Cool tune

EZ Loving the intro on this one, good use of ambience and fx, personally lot of mixing down problems on this tune tho. example high-hats are too loud, the panning needs sorting and over-rides the tune. Its very dis-jointed and the break needs cleaning up and you wouldn't be able to mix this tune as it isnt running in 4/4 bars. You need to go back to the table and sort the break out would firstly that would be my practical advice, but I see the idea your trying to put together. So a step up would be to sort the break out and standardize it more as D&B not break-core
Anyway hope you go back to square one, sort this tune out, and get re-posted back up for me to check... peace
