havn't done a track for a while n this is what have come up with so far. feeds as usual taken into account, ( very helpfull aswell cos iv been a bit stuck lately ) cheers u lot!
you just have sort of sweeping resonance like a phaser with high feedback. to make it a better track i'd say you need a bit more dynamic of a sound, maybe layer in any fucking random audio you could think of, pitched down, distorted, filled full of peanuts, whatever, just something to listen to in the start other than just "woaaaaaaaw" even dancefloor stuff you'd have something there. also no need to have it go that deep too, it can be adding to the mud and boominess of the overall track!
don't like the wow wow wow, it's hard to get the same quality as an analog synth, and the same warmth. even if that was an analog synth, it could sound better. it's very muddy and very dull. there's no brightness or warmth. it's just mud. boomy, not like good punch or real deep clean bass. you need to filter out somewhere around the 200hz a bit. or distort it less, which it probably is. don't know what you'r uesing.
i fucking love that little wee sound with the drums, inbetween the hits, it's so snazzy, it's in the hi-hat, that's really nice, you might want to boost that a bit if you could but it would hard, it's a fantastic sound, that could be more into the song. i think this si why i am listening to the track solong. it's nice.
the real distorted bassline, the buzz, that one is fucking mint. sounds really good.
not that original, but i doubt you were trying to be, lol. good stuff.
it's a really sparse soundscape, drum and bass. it doesn't have to be ONLY dnb
at some point, usually during the first drop or after you have any element added in. like maybe even just for one second, and then gone never to be used again!
anyways i am done, too much cheeb tonight.

Nice track, really enjoyable.
I find the high end to be a little over present (but I'm on cheap headphones here).
Especially after the intro I feel that the normal highhat and the ride are colliding a bit.
The track would benefit from a bit of extra crazyness in the basslines. Would make it more interesting. Maybe add a drop at the time where you are now (3 minutes), instert a vocal and let it burst into crazyness? Just a suggestion.

the phased thing on the intro is a nice thing
but the tune need more samples and more elements
to add depth, e.g.........
a gated female vocal like twisted's tell me what you see remix,
a nice home made synth playing a little melodie
(minor notes would fit in here i think),
and some nice sound fx bashing about.
i get its only a preview tho.

the biggest downfall in this track tho, is the sound quality.
its all a bit distorty and trashy (soz, true).

cheers, sorry for the delay, the Cabbage Soup's be a ripper, absolutly dig your sound, so dam refreshing, load's of the John Wayne all over this, tracks insane, big cheers Culture Boy.
Beats are nice, although imo beat needs some more punch behind it to go for the real Very hazard/ ganja records feel.
Bassline is nice as well. bit sparse though - if your not using a seperate sub undernath i recommend using it to keep the track going in between the wobbles.
add some more elements in/FX and beef up the drums
love the intro, and them drums are sick, got sum proper energy, reminds me a bit of distorted minds. nice little drop, proper gdubby/taxmany. my mates are bang on worbly jump up and i rekon theyd love it...its not so much my scene, but still a proper tune, id rave to it for sure. not to sure about that dog barking or w.e it is...mayb sort that out. i think that like bass noise before the drop at 2:32 is a bit loud, coz when it kicks in ur expecting summin more kinda. but like its not that the drops disappointing, it just that noise is a bit loud.
