different style you have there.
all the way out in the phillipines 
dnb is the most versatile music in the world next to rock.
there is no single best way to make it.
just listen to lots, then grow your own style that you feel in your soul.

Start with the basic things?
Tempo between 160-190. Get a rolling drumline, by layering a sliced break and some one hit bassdrum / Snares / hihats. Put a lot of work in selecting your drumhits.
Add some deep dark bass elements to your track, drop the guitars for now (you can pick 'm up later if you want to, when you have mastered the style).
Try to set out a clear theme for your track. Tell a story, people will want to listen when you tell a story.
Try to copy one of you favourite tracks (pick a simple one) get as close as possible, so you'll see how it is done.
Ask a lot of specific questions like:
- how does one make a bass sound like producer X did in track Y).
- How do I make my drums sound like...
- What plugin can give me x type of sound?
Upload demo tracks on here and check what people tell you to change on them.
Practise A LOT and don't give up!
